This light, herbaceous pesto makes pretty much everything taste better. You need one Food processor– If you don’t have one, we highly recommend turning this into an excuse to get one. It’s a good investment that you are going to use Forever and always and always– and a handful of ingredients like basil, pine nuts, olive oil, parmesan, garlic and salt. The key to this classic pesto is to add the basil at the very end instead of mixing everything at once. This way, the herbs keep their green color without bruising or losing taste.
