World famous celebrity jeweler Pascal Mouawad is selling his villa in Bel Air for $ 15.75 million.
Corresponding toptenrealestatedeals.com, Mouawad’s classy jewelry designs grace the catwalks and red carpets from the Oscars to Paris Fashion Week and have been worn by celebrities from Elizabeth Taylor to Britney Spears. He produced eight gem-studded fantasy bras for the Victoria’s Secret Runway Show, which brought him into the Guinness Book of Records for the world’s most valuable bra in 2011 for his “Very Sexy Fantasy Bra” by Heidi Klum.
He teamed up with Kim Kardashian to produce reality star Belle Noel’s jewelry line and teamed up with her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner for their first business, Metal Haven, a line of teen and tween accessories. His other celebrity collaborations include Heidi Klum and Nicole Richie.
Mouawad’s six-bedroom, ten-bath property is every bit as glamorous as its jewelry designs. The mansion was completely rebuilt in 2014 and features the latest technologies and building materials. Clear lines, white walls and lots of glass give this modern living jewel an aesthetic of timeless luxury.
The 9,300-square-foot home is an entertainer’s dream with a date-palm-lined facade and a back yard with a gas fire and a 70-foot quartz infinity pool with breathtaking views of the canyon. Multi-colored lights illuminate the pool and the house at night, perfect for glamorous parties. An oversized garage for three cars and an enclosed motor yard for ten cars provide ample parking for residents and guests.
The ultra-modern open floor plan includes disappearing glass walls that are operated by remote control and seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceiling of the large foyer measures 23 ‘with high ceilings throughout the residence. The kitchen is connected to the family room and includes a breakfast nook with seating for 10 people, a bar and a fireplace.
The main wing has a decadent master suite with its own fireplace and expansive private deck, two baths, a gorgeous lighted vanity, and huge two walk-in closets with floor-to-ceiling mirrors worthy of a fashion icon. Picture windows offer a breathtaking view from almost every room.
Three enamelled stairwells and a vacuum elevator connect the two floors of the house. In addition to the bedrooms and living rooms, the villa also has its own theater, office and fitness center. This exquisitely designed home is gated and completely private.
The ultra-exclusive Bel Air was a celebrity getaway from the days of old Hollywood with celebrities like Alfred Hitchcock and Marilyn Monroe. Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Michael Bay are just a few of the current residents of the LA neighborhood.
The mansion is convenient to the Getty Center, Bel-Air Country Club and UCLA. Just a ten minute drive from the 405 but away from the chaos of the city, a good mix of comfort and privacy.
