$ Signed a $ 660,000 one-year contract with the Ravens in March 2020.

ANALYSIS
GM Eric DeCosta hinted at this earlier this week, but the team has not yet indicated which RFA tender Edwards will receive. It is likely a second round designation associated with a salary of $ 3.38 million and the right of first refusal on every bid sheet. If this is indeed a second round bid, it is very unlikely that Edwards will receive offers from other teams. He is one of four RBs on Baltimore’s offseason list, along with JK Dobbins. Justice Hill and Ty’Son Williams.

Fantasy Outlook 2019

Sacked by Rutgers last year, Edwards started his rookie campaign on the training team before finally making his NFL debut in Week 6. It wasn’t until after the Ravens ‘bye week and Alex Collins’ end-of-season foot injury did Edwards move to a major role that explodes for 233 rushing yards, and a touchdown in his first two begins, taking the lead forever on the track take. His rise coincided with that of Lamar Jackson and Edwards. But it doesn’t offer much in terms of speed or evasiveness, and it showed almost nothing as receiver, which limited it to early downs. Edwards’ role will diminish as Mark Ingram comes from the Saints and in the fourth round chooses Justice Hill, who joins a field that includes holdover Kenneth Dixon. Even so, Edwards should still get a chance to carve some stretcher.
