Bugsy & Meyers Steakhouse, the newest addition to restaurants Flamingo Las Vegas serves a multi-course Prix Fixe meal for $ 195 per couple. Enjoy a sparkling wine toast with crab cakes, lobster bisque soup, chopped lettuce or Caesar salad. Mains include a 32-ounce dry-aged prime tomahawk rib-eye, roasted rack of lamb, or a whole Mediterranean-style branzino. Couples have a choice of two side dishes, including asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, Yukon mashed gold potatoes, or mac and cheese. At the end of the meal, couples can enjoy a duo of strawberry parfait and chocolate mousse with light strawberry jam, rose petals and fresh strawberries. As a farewell present, guests receive a bottle of wine that they can enjoy later.

The Cromwell is home to the US version of the reality show ‘Love Island’. The participants and the crew were confiscated in a “bubble” for five weeks in the summer of 2020 while the boutique resort was closed to guests. Now visitors can stay and dine at The Cromwell GIADAand snap a selfie of the iconic “Love Island” heart sculpture that fans will remember from the show. The Emmy award-winning chef Giada De Laurentiis offers two special Valentine’s Day tasting menus at GIADA to liven up the romantic mood. Your Californian-Italian fare can be combined with wine for an additional charge of $ 70. For those looking to be pampered, Giada’s premium private wines can be offered for an additional $ 120 per person.

Sit at a table between feminine accents and ambient light as you gaze out at the twinkling lights of the Las Vegas Strip. The first tasting menu costs USD 140 per person and includes a rocket or romaine salad. Next, choose from a variety of starters, including spaghetti with prawns, mascarpone cheese, lemon and basil; Cacciatore style Italian roast chicken; Salmon served with artichokes, sundried tomatoes and lemon butter sauce; or petit fillet with loaded sweet potato, escarole and amarone maple gastrique. Guests can upgrade this dish to a pampering Surf & Turf with an 8-ounce lobster add-on for $ 45. For dessert, couples can choose between Giada’s favorite biscuits or mascarpone cheesecake

The second GIADA Prix Fixe menu begins with an amuse tasting plate containing French Kiss oysters with rosé and lime pearl mignonette. Golden Oscetra Caviar and Smoked Salmon Crostini; and lobster arancini and creamy pomodoro sponge cake. The second course includes king crab cannelloni or truffle risotto. Entrée options include sauteed scallops or hearty Wagyu ribs. Finish on a sweet note with a choice of Boccone Dolce or Giada’s favorite biscuits. This special tasting is $ 175 per person.

Within Paris Las Vegas, impress your loved ones with a special multi-course Prix-Fixe menu at Gordon Ramsay Steak. Start with toasted foie gras and short rib cake, followed by a duo of hamachi and ahi, pickled mushrooms, puffed rice, and a miso vinaigrette with lime aioli. The third course includes the Alaskan King Crab Rockefeller with Pernod creamed spinach, Bearnaise sauce and Espelette. Fourth course features a hearty Land and Sea Wellington that includes a butter-poached Atlantic lobster, glazed petite vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Finish with a pampering Nottingham Forest served with a sable crust of red velvet, cherry and dark chocolate mousse, chocolate biscuit, and cherry noir jelly. This exquisite dinner costs $ 175 per person. Enjoy an exceptional wine pairing for an additional $ 75 per person.

Before or after dinner, as Paris is known as the city of love and romance, take a 46-story excursion to the Eiffel Tower observation deck. It is a half-size replica of the famous landmark of Paris, France.
