Mako Vunipola, Kyle Sinckler, Courtney Lawes and George Ford will all return to England’s starting XI for Saturday’s six-nation game against Italy.
Captain Owen Farrell moves to the inner center to make way for Ford. Ollie Lawrence is out on Matchday 23.
There’s also a start for Luke Cowan-Dickie on Hooker, with Jamie George on the bench.
“As always, we picked our 23 strongest to win the game,” said head coach Eddie Jones.
Lawrence endured a frustrating match when England was humiliated by Scotland only touched the ball once last weekend before it is replaced.
And Jones has now resorted to the tried and tested combination of Ford and Farrell, with Henry Slade representing a nimble but easier midfield.
The rest of the backline remains unchanged, with the scrum half Ben Youngs and the back-three of Jonny May, Anthony Watson and Elliot Daly keeping their seats.
